Description

Have a geo-block ARGO (and ICGC 25k) Banner for North America users only between Dec 15th 2023 to Jan 2nd, 2024

Text For the Banner: Title: Limited ICGC ARGO access Message: The ICGC ARGO platform will be temporarily unavailable outside of North America, from December 15th 2023 until ~Tuesday~ January 2nd 2024.

Update #1 - Reopening the issue

Change in message after the townhall where few more countries were added as part of geo-blocking.

Updated Message: "Due to increased cybersecurity measures over the end of year holidays, this site will be intermittently unavailable. Full service will resume on January 3."
