Bug : Header naming convention consistency #1100

Description

Schema : Treatment (treatment) Field : non-hematological_toxicity

Field name includes '-' instead of '_' which creates inconsistency and cause error for POG-CA

Field Rename to : non_hematological_toxicity

potential impact

  1. Data dictionary
  2. Template download (submit data page)
  3. Data upload (submit data page)
  4. View Data (headers in submitted data page)

Acceptance criteria

POG-CA user should be able to upload treatment data with "non_hematological_toxicity" field name

This will not be an easy change since all the previous data with old header will become invalid against the new header. this will potentially increase the effort and need process to address complexity of how to show same data with 2 headers.
