Feature Request - Allow exceptions on chemotherapy fields: drug_rxnormcui and drug_name #1119

Detailed Description

We received exception request from MUTO on chemotherapy fields: drug_rxnormcui and drug_name Since these two fields have customized scripts in place for field validation, the current exception mechanism does not apply to them.

Expected output

The fields can accept exception values.

The team has evaluated and decide not to do this at the moment. Instead, we will implement the exceptions to support missing treatment details table.
