🐛 DAC2EGO ARGO runs too slow

After the April IT Maintenance, the ICGC-ARGO DACO2EGO setup has been running extremely slow.

• icgc completes around 3 am

• icgc-argo completes around 9 am

• is there a network issue in cumulous?

Expected behaviour

DACO2EGO should take around the same time to run in icgc vs icgc-argo

@henro001, Miki took a look at this and thinks its something to do with the tenent/k8s setup.

• the daco2ego cron job is scheduled for 3am, and completed around 6 am. this is freshly updates code to work with the latest Ego API.
• A similar cron job against ICGC takes < an hour
• there are very few operations happening in the cron job, so it should definitely be taking less than an hour

Can we check why this is going so slow?
