Evaluate - Impacts of removing `matchedNormalSubmitterId` from analysis/sample #918

Since matchedNormalSubmitterId is data analysis level information instead of sample level information, we need to evaluate the possible impacts for the front/back end system if we decide to remove it from sample section of song schema.
