This junit dependency has been removed from the repo which should resolve the notice.

@jaserud are any deploys needed for this to take effect?

This was as a test scope dependency (not used at run time). So No, deployed service will not be effected by this. I closed it since its already been merged into both develop and master not really much else to do/test with this. But we can leave it opened if we prefer to see it make to prod and then close...
