Relay Events from Nextflow to Kafka

There are 2 types of Nextflow Events:

• workflow event ( run/cancel)
• process trace ( workflow task)

Nexflow logs all events to the same log. We want to dsitinguish between these events

Exit Criteria

• create the Kafka topics
• Sort the logs and send them to specific Kafka topics when a workflow runs
