Transform event data into index #15

Nextflow reports run information in a certain manner WES expects the data reported in a certain manner

The relay service needs to map the data PRIOR to indexing such that the data makes it into the index in the expected manner.

get incoming json
transform the data
insert the data into to the output json from the mapping data model

Exit Criteria

[ ] ES is reporting data in WES expected format
