Add ES mapping for metadata.parameters and metadata.workflow.repository #23

Workflow-search needs two more fields from ES in order to implement getRuns/run_id, these two fields are from workflow event - metadata.parameters and metadata.workflow.repository.

parameters --> workflow_params repo --> url
