Workflow Run Failure - Nextflow pod failed to start #191

Detailed Description

There are many azure transfer runs failed with the similar error msg, e.g., Error Msg: Nextflow pod failed to start: N E X T F L O W ~ version 20.07.1 Unknown error accessing projecticgc-argo/icgc-25k-azure-transfer-- Repository may be corrupted: /nfs-dev-1-vol-qa-1/azure-transfer-wf.v0.12.0/icgc-argo/icgc-25k-azure-transfer

Exit criteria

Alex explained that this error means that the project directory is corrupted, if you specify a new one it should work, alternatively you can ssh onto the NFS and delete that dir and Nextflow will make a new one.
