3 years ago QA'd Friday Nov 27. A couple small feedbacks to fix:
- [x] URLs from the platform: (open in new window) https://platform.icgc-argo.org/ are not opening in new window
- [x] Red line appearing on tab needs to be fixed:

[x] 1. Add new logo
[x] 2. Change "Voyager" to a more intuitive label: "API Explorer"
[x] 3. Add user item with name and user type
[x] 3.b. User dropdown: Similar to platform dropdown except no profile item
[x] 4. Add title bar, the first part will be the name of the particular RDPC that's logged in (Collab RDPC). The second part is the section of the workflow UI the user is in (Runs)
