JWT expiry is 30 min; in that the UI token expires with the page still open then we see the Houston we have a problem message

[x] Refresh token capabilities added to the wes-ui (i.e refresh JWT if valid refresh token exists)
[x] If token not valid, auto-redirect to the login screen
