Use Thunderstore API to get latest BepInEx version #41

@ersan thank you for the PR! Really much appreciated! I hope you don't mind that I close this PR and add jq to the container so that it is even more easy to grab the version. TBH, I even didn't know that Thunderstore has a API because BepInEx was done on a user request.
