Split the Wiki #584

Hide most of the wiki in a non-obvious area, or under a design notes page or something. Have the ostensible wiki be stuff that users would want: how to program games and stuff like that.

I added a Game Objects page to fill out the ostensible side-bar/home page.

Updated the Home page with links to the major ostensible sub pages.

Added a Design notes page.

Deleted some out of date planning pages.

Cleaned up the sidebar to hide the links now of the Design Notes page.
