Add way to save current search query as a pre-filled URL #2

next-pr-number currently supports autofill via ?owner=ichard26&name=blackbench but it's not documented anywhere so its discoverability is awful. Not only documentation should cover the HTTP URL get parameters format but also there should be a button or some way of getting a link for the current query.
