Add mixins for paper-card #4

Hi, I think it would be great to add a mixin to be able to style the paper-card inside paper-accordion-element.

What do you think?

Hi @Mindcraft1, are you sure that is necessary?

In what way is trying to accomplish your styling different from the options as provided under the 'styling options' as described on https://elements.polymer-project.org/elements/paper-card?

By the way, the author of this paper-accordion-element hasn't been responding for almost a year already. So I made a new repo (and bower packer) for further development of this paper accordion here: https://github.com/StudioSpindle/paper-accordion
