Changes for homodea #1

These are the required changes for tracker on homodea AWS. I've been able to build this completely on top of additional files so far (entry point is the Jenkinsfile). This way there should be no conflicts when merging @dioptre updates.

Mate you included key files?

It's only our local dev cert/key that is also stored in API/pem, MS/pem and so on. They are only valid for the local dev docker cassandra/nats/ngins etc. installations (overwritten with different ones on AWS task startup).

There are zero security risks with them being in GIT and it makes local development a lot easier.
