idleTask hook function must be defined #2

This function must be defined in a kern_conf.h file that is dedicated to the 
configuration of the kernel module. 

In any case, kern_conf.h should be renamed to os_config.h or sth. 
The right place of the hook should be decided (if not the new kern_conf.h)`
