[color-emoji] Emoji 15.0.1 regex #5

I checked the forks of twitter/twitter-emoji, and one fork seems to have a Emoji 15 regex in the repo. It's a bit shorter, but that may mean nothing.

With a quick test with Whisperfish, it seems to work, at least for basic emojis...

There's indeed updating the keyboard yet to do, but let this be a starting point!

Right, now it's double-checked on a device too with Whisperfish! Ready to merge AFAICT!
