When re-entering a singleplayer world, the player immediately dies [FORGE 1.18.2]

• I create a new world, and when i exit and re-enter again, the player dies
• The only mod that i think can be conflicting is the scaling health, but disabling it does not solve the problem
• The same thing happens in survival/creative mode
• When i disabled the mod, the issue stopped appearing
