Fix composite power chord detection in LineParser #17

@chrisdawson the easiest way to run the tests is just to run rake.

If you want to run a specific file, you can run `bundle exec rspec

I've added a bunch of extra tests on chords and updated the regex to match a far smaller set of text as chords.
