um i'll rip again just read that sometimes there's problems with compressed
isos.
Since i haven't seen anyone else report this problem i'll assume that i
compressed it is the issue. If that fixes it i'll let you know

I can't speak for everyone, but I'm playing on my own copy of the game (from
the original disc).
Originally i ripped it using compression, And had several problems from
slow-downs, the bishop key crash on-use. What i did was re-ripped the game from
the original disc without compression/optimization and use USBLoaderGX to boot
it up, no more bishop key crash. If you're using a downloaded copy (which i
tried first, but yes I actually own the game and ended up ripping my own copy
to make an image for Dios Mios) then chances are you are out of luck, if it's
been optimized... I suggest creating game files from your own original disc.

In other words do not use compression/optimization and its preferable to create
your own rip, rather than use one from someone else.

Yep. I ran into the same glitch, but was able to get around it by getting a
rip of Eternal Darkness's iso, but added it straight to USB I was loading my
game from, without compressing/optimizing it with DML
What I did was make an Eternal Darkness folder on the USB drive my other games
were on, added the ISO, but changed the ISO's name to 'game.iso', and was able
to run it with USBLoader_GX and the cut-scene in question loaded perfectly.
I hope this helps for anyone who's run into the same problem.
