Bugfix: Save states crash/freeze #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a ROM, don't click play.
2. Load a state
3. Click play

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is supposed to play from the state, instead it freezes.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Beta 1.

The general behaviour of save states needs to be changed.
