Start button unresponsive #143

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting up wii64 with a wiimote + classic controller
2. Plugging in a gamecube controller in port 1
3. Loading a ROM and starting the game
4. Pressing start in-game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The pause menu should show up or the game should begin depending on the
situation, but the start button seems completely unresponsive. The start
button on the gamecube controller works

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
wii64 beta 1 using the HBC

Please provide any additional information below.

Does the rest of the classic controller work in game at the same time? The
wiimote+whatever and gamecube controllers are all mapped separately, even if
you have
first wiimote and first gamecube plugged in, one of them is first player, and
the
other is second player.

I think they were both set as first player at the time, and yes, everything else
works except the start button. But unplugging the gamecube controller fixes the
issue.

No, only one controller is mapped to an N64 player at a time. Look at the status
icons to see what is mapped where. You can manually change the mapping under
Settings.
