Enhacement: N64's Low-res support (320x240) #344

I wonder if is possible implement a low resolution mode for Wii64. That would 
be cool to get a 15 khz frecuency in CRT Monitors, and of this way be able to 
play with REAL scan-lines.

The option to use 240p would be a very good feature (for WiiSX too).

When a CRT monitor works at low resolution (320x240, per example), this one 
works at 15khz. On the other hand, if a CRT monitor is works on a standard 
resolution (640x480), this works at 31khz.

Maybe the performance could be also increased when using 240p.
