Is it possible to use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hicn.cisco.com.hicnforwarderandroid as an android VPN to tunnel all mobile traffic through a remote VPP server? I found https://wiki.fd.io/view/VPP/IPSec_and_IKEv2 and https://wiki.fd.io/view/VPP/VPP_Home_Gateway but neither reference the android app.
