Just one nit, not worth iterating on the list, so this is just in case you want to tweak it in passing later:

"neither the content nor the name can change" is not quite right as if both change then all bets are off.

In -07, Changed to "cryptographic hash binding the name to the content ensures that if either the content nor the name changes, that change will be detected and the packet discarded."
