AccountList Component #10

Would like a way to see the account numbers when entering a payment image

The problem is we can have multiple budgets so the question is which accounts to display? Either we show account from the last saved budget OR remove the multi budget option all together since it isn't being used anyway??

This issue has become a non-issue because the AccountsList is part of the Budget object and the AccountsList is passed to the AccountList display component.
