change source repository from Subversion to Mercurial #34

The npr-android-app project is currently using Subversion.

Can you switch to Mercurial?  Mercurial will make it easier for folks to fork 
the project and work on enhancements.

The same could be said for switching to git.

This isn't a Defect in the application, it's a source control tools debate, 
which seems much more appropriate for the Google Group:

Agreed.  Debate is much easier and more effective via the Google Group.

FWIW, I'm going to vote for Git now. Not because I like it better but because 
all the stuff I want to fork has forced me to use it.

Also, can we close this issue and debate on the list?
