displays the details to everyone the validators participating in the CPS:

"It would also be good to see a page that shows the preps who are in CPS in a chart with headers that indicate the voting categories (proposals, progress reports, priority voting) and then the number they are missing from each.

Possibly add to "Stats" page instead of its own page
