Cleaning up Landing Page links #84

Describe the bug Both "Open Dev ICON" and "Token Score Factory" links under ICON Resources on the landing page are broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to CPS Landing Page
  2. Click on "Open Dev ICON" or "Token Score Factory" links
  3. See error

Expected behavior These links should bring you to the proper resources. If the resources are no longer available they should be removed from the landing page.
