What needs to be done

Add automated testing with Github Actions

Why it needs to be done

We are finding too many day-zero bugs, and the current test suite is not running

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Migrate the CPS java contracts to this repository - #101
[ ] Establish frontend tests - #100
[ ] Run unit tests on pull request to master - #99
[ ] Run integration/regression tests with local testnet on pull request to master - #102
[ ] Establish release versions for contracts - #103
[ ] Establish release versions for the frontend - #104
[ ] Run end-to-end tests with Lisbon or Berlin testnet on new release version - #105
