Xcall v2 update

Changes made

• temporarily hid the tutorial for setting up a local environment.
• Updated all references to xcall v1
• Changed the demo being used in the tutorials
• temporarily hid the following sections, (the reason is because they heavily showcase code related to xcall v1 that there is no current equivalent content for xcall-multi, these sections where created with a jvm-evm demo for xcall v1, we can refactor them to use the content on xcall-v2 once we create the demo for jvm-evm)

  • guides/receiving-a-message
  • guides/build-a-cross-chain-voting-dapp

TODO.

• Currently there are still issues with using DIVE to setup a local environment.
• The instructions for manually setting up a local environment also have issues.
