Hardcoded maven url is deprecated #43

This url in source is broken.

In addition to updating to a more correct (and hopefully https) url, I would like to append a feature request that you allow for an alternate maven repository to be configured by the calling code somehow.

I would very much welcome a fix. Are you actively using Rubydoop?

Sure, I can go ahead and try to set that up. Disclaimer that I'm not (yet) well versed with Ruby.

To answer your question, not actively, but it is a dependency for a legacy service that I'm trying to resurrect.

This actually appears to have been fixed (or at least set up differently) in this commit, so I'm going to not attempt to solve this issue in a branch of an older commit.

A tangent question, is there any estimate when the latest release would catch up with Master?

It's unlikely there will be any new releases at all unless someone steps in and takes over, unfortunately. There is a prerelease that was built from the latest commit on master, you could try that (2.0.0.pre1).
