'NBSP' character instead of point as thousands separator #11

Values higher than 1000 are displayed with a 'NBSP' character every 3 digits. In English notation, we would read: 123,456,789.000 In French notation, we would read: 123 456 789,000 In the latest, it appears a 'non breakable space' is used and won't display properly. I would suggest to force language when formating numbers or replace the faulty NBSP character with a normal space.

This is how the default Java localized number parser renders these strings as. This is not my issue.
