[FEAT] Update Web to show new support for Swift Packages. #288

User Story

As a user visiting the iconoir website, I would like to know that swift packages are supported, so that I can integrate it into my project.

Acceptance Criteria

Update the Available For section.
Use the apple-swift Iconoir Logo.
No Text Required
On Click, links to https://github.com/iconoir-icons/iconoir-swift
Update the Tell Us More doc.
