v6.2.0 to v6.3.0 breaks all icon references #171

All icons were renamed from Discord to Sidiscord for example. This should've been a major version increment if intentional, not a minor one.

@ariesclark I think we will use the simple-icons approach, to synchronize it with the Breaking changes that they introduced in version 7.0.0
