Hi, Leon (contributor of https://xrfragment.org).

I was curious about the roadmap for icosa gallery. Few minutes ago I signed up, but I didn't see a button to upload 3D assets (is this on the roadmap?). At some point, I'd love to add in support for XR Fragment metadata (when present in 3D assets).

kind regards,

Leon

Hi! You've actually appeared at a pivotal moment, Icosa Gallery has nearly finished a large overhaul and will be relaunching with improved functionality. The roadmap can be inferred a little from the issues tab, but I guess we're lacking a formal writeup.

In the current version, you can access a primitive upload system by visiting https://icosa.gallery/uploads when logged in.

Hi @coderofsalvation - NLnet pointed us towards XR Fragment and it's something we'd really like to support. I struggle to wrap my head around some aspects of it. Are you on Discord at all? It would be good to chat. I'm the same username and I'm usually hanging around here https://discord.com/invite/W7NCEYnEfy

ah good to know!

Awesome. We can hook in the (glb) metadata-parser in there without any problem I think.

Cool let's chat over there!
