I've only implemented this for the Media library so far and there's a few areas where the UI could be polished - but I think it's good enough to ship.

Works, but I feel like the font (for the directory name) is a bit too small, at least on my Q2. What do you think?

Yeah. I was slightly concerned about that as well as the overly thin lines around the button for each entry. I suggest we get this into the beta and gather feedback for a later PR that adds a bit more finesse to the UI. There's probably a few areas to polish up.
