Camera Site Dashboard Page

As a user I need a dashboard page that displays different information about a camera site so that I can easily view the collection (from the dashboard page) and then decide which subset of photos I want to view in the pivot view rather than always viewing all of them.

[ ] recently added photos
[x] most popular tags for the site
[x] current drought / streamflow conditions
[x] map with camera location
[ ] collections referencing the site
[ ] comments / discussion
[x] the ability to view the entire set of photos or various subgrouping

This might be a nice way to deal with the performance issues and also create a cool landing page. The idea was inspired by the updated site collection pages with their general look and feel.

Looks good, need to do some minor padding adjustments. See attached. I updated the links to collections to land first on the dashboard, so you'll want to pull the changes.

This resolves issue #39 as well.

Most of this was implemented in PR #48. Later, we can reevaluate what other features we want on the site dashboard.
