Consolidate with wagtail-geo-widget #2

Since this project is heavily inspired by wagtail-geo-widget, I wonder if its worth exploring what it would take to simply extend the original project to offer a choice of mapping platforms( for geocoing and for map display)?

I'd be interested in helping make this happen if it seems feasible.

Hi @easherma ! I think that is a good idea. I initially wanted to extend it the way you have described but I wanted something quick to work with. It totally seems feasible because it will be a more of switching the JS loaded and applying the specific functions. I will give it a shot but please you can go ahead.
