Mentor
In the world of ICPDAO, everyone has a Mentor.
Mentor's role is to help Icpper find suitable projects, overcome difficulties and maximize his personal value at ICPDAO.
Rules.
Anyone must be invited by an Icpper or Pre-Icpper to become a Pre-Icpper;
The inviter automatically becomes Ta's Mentor;
Each Mentor can only guide two Pre-Icpper at the same time;
Pre-Icpper once becomes someone else’s Mentor, or has made an Icp contribution, it will automatically be converted to Icpper;
Mentor has the right to cancel the relationship with Pre-Icpper or Icpper;
5% of the Token rewards earned by each Icpper’s contribution will be used as Mentor rewards, which will be allocated to its superior Mentor (50%, 25%, 13%, 6%, 3%, 2%, 1%);
The Mentor reward of Icpper without Mentor goes directly to ICPDAO's pledge pool.
How to get invitation?
Invitations are held by current full members of the ICPDAO Network. You need to ask them to get invitation, or wait for them to offer it to you. If you learn about ICPDAO, show interest by discussing it with other members, ICPDAO members will see that and you will get invitation much faster.
- Here on ICPDAO discord, you can make mentor-requests or check mentor-offers
- Check the inviter's work in icpdao or GitHub, which helps to choose the right mentor
Some members like to deal their invites on the validation day, so don't worry if you don't get invitation right away, there is always enough for everyone.
