Remove note about Google Chrome from landing page #229

Dear Lluís,

can you please remove the sentence "Please use Google Chrome. It is not optimized for other browsers" from the landing page? http://www.wacclim.org/ecam/ The GIZ data privacy department does not allow the use of chrome, which is why a BMU funded GIZ project should not promote the use of chrome.

Can you tell me which server ECAM is currently on? Apparently there are some issues accessing it.

Hi Elaine,

Our developers have been working on a migration of some of IWA-associated websites, including ECAM, to a new server at the end of last week, so will provide you with further guidance on the new login system once I get instructions from him.
