I'm trying to run the arm64 binary and getting a message saying that the file is damaged and I should throw it in the trash. Any idea what might be causing such an error?

edit - whoops... I guess that's why one should really do as instructed when they come across a Read Me file.

edit 2 same issue after running chmod +x "/Applications/ILSpy.app/Contents/MacOS/ILSpy"
