Better fitness sort of search results - by exactness, type, method, property etc. #3211

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have few DevExpress (.Charts, .CodeParser, *.Data etc.) assemblies loaded and trying to search DateTime. Search result shows me: obraz and there are no System.DateTime in first 1000 results.

Describe the solution you'd like Default sorting type of results should be:

exactness of typed name (as in column Name),
then types, then methods, then properties
