You should be able to change all colors in Tools > Options > Text Editor > Highlighting. Also, I'm not sure which color setting you are referring too. There's many different kinds of 'highlighting' that each use their own colors.

Sorry I was in rush when sending that message to you. I meant when I am coding I don’t see the brackets getting highlighted. I have changed them in the past many times but it doesn’t stand very clear like netbeans IDE for example. I there a way you could update the color palette to make the colors stand out a bit more.

Sorry for the long wait. The highlighting that I have been referring to is this one under the text editor: I find the colors to be not as friendly on the eyes. Is there a way to make it more brighter. I have tried the darker and more vibrant colors but still nothing seems to fix the problem.
The Highlighter syntax color is not bright enough because when I change the background it is still not bright enough to see the hightlighter. Please change it so that it will be better. Thank you.
