Draw line on canvas

After this Pull req. You can Draw Lines on a Canvas like in Expression Blend

This also adds a few ne possibilities:

• Set Default PropertyValues in MetaData (for Dep. Properties)
• IDrawItemBehavior for ComponentTool wich should not use the default DragDrop!
