Why can't I open it with VS2019 #66

I clone the latest WpfDesigner code, then use VS 2019 to open the WpfDesign.sln, but I can't open it. Could you please tell me how to open it?

Hello, I found I haven't installed the specified dotnet sdk version, so I can't open it. After I deleting the global.json, then I open it normally.
