creating the dbd file per a module

• compile once (make build) with WITH_PVA:=NO in ADCore
• change option, for example, WITH_PVA:=YES in ADCore
• compile again (make build)

It only add new source file, and update dep file. DBD file is intact. We have to recompile it from scratch again.
