Description

We want the page to be approachable but not too soft. DaisyUI looks pretty good even though it might be a bit more work.

No top bar, only side bar on desktop.

Colors

A little colorful. Blue to match ICSSC projects. Can take artistic liberty

Styling Library

Use DaisyUI so that it's more colorful but not too soft.

Design Update:

Imported "Emerald" color theme from DaisyUI, along with Tailwind color palette to make implementation easy. Aiming for a more casual user experience while still looking professional and modern.

Palette:

Also looking into Material UI outlined icons to accompany the look. It accompanies the font pretty well and doesn't stick out too much. (Currently using DM Sans and Montserrat from Google Fonts, which should load fast)

Drafted out a quick sidebar and calendar page. Might have to change around the text but the general idea is here:

Removed some funkiness from the meeting time and name selector. People are more familiar with form inputs.

Everything looks pretty good. Just remember to at least keep the mobile layout in mind. Fyi, I think that this will look just fine on mobile if you have a top bar with the icon, name, and a hamburger menu.
